SpecialTeas: Start to Finish
This page details all stages of Miss Lily’s SpecialTeas, from planning and preparation through set-up and tea party events.Party Prep
Once the date for your SpecialTea has been confirmed and we have received your deposit, we will create and mail custom invitations three-to-four weeks in advance, in plenty of time for your special guests to RSVP. During this exciting time, you and your little lady can determine her guest list, menu, craft selection and other fine details.
Party Setup
Miss Jennifer and hostess(es) will arrive at your home or hall an hour before the scheduled SpecialTea with all the necessary materials and menu items for set-up and décor. Please try to have three separate areas available for the following to accommodate the event: a space to do crafts, a dressing area and a spacious room for the tea party and its activities.Outline of Party Events
When the eager guests have arrived, to greet their anticipation we will begin with the fun craft. Next, using the darling dress-ups and assisted by parents/caregivers, the girls will transform into pretty princesses or elegant party guests. Then the Hostess will graciously serve the sweets to the sweet and read them a story. After sipping "tea" and daintily dining on the delectable goodies, we will follow with our activities.
Brimming with delight as royal princesses or princes, your kids will enjoy fine etiquette and company. Or bonding with buddies and bears, your children will share stories and laughter. Party guests will be pampered to a tea! Finally, when the time has come for carriages to turn to pumpkins and bears to slumber, your little ones will be crowned with keepsake jeweled tiaras and/or photographed for keepsake photos.
