SpecialTeas: Policy & Pricing

Below are our Policy & Pricing guidelines. If you're interested in hosting a tea, make sure you read and understand this information. You'll be required to print and sign this document and include it with your deposit to book a SpecialTea.

• A signed contract and $100.00 non-refundable deposit will reserve your SpecialTea date
• We accept checks, cash and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards
• If completing payment in cash, balance is due in full on the day of your event. If paying by check, we must receive payment at least 10 days prior to the event
• The cost of the Tealightful Princess package is $295 for up to six girls. Should less than six attend, the cost is the same
• The cost of the La Tea Da Princess package is $370 for up to six girls. Should less than six attend, the cost is the same
• The cost of the Beary Extraordinary package is $300 for up to six girls. Should less than six attend, the cost is the same
• The cost of the Pawsitively Perfect package is $375 for up to six girls. Should less than six attend, the cost is the same
• The cost for a Daisy Petal Par~Tea is $200 for up to twelve girls, and $10 for each additional girl. Each additional activity to earn an additional Daisy petal is $25.00
• The cost for a Brownie Try~It Tea is $275 for up to twelve girls, and $15 for each additional girl
• Pennsylvania sales tax and gratuity are not included in these prices
• For parties of more than 12, a second hostess is required at an additional charge of $50.00
• There will be an additional $25.00 fee (plus tolls) for any SpecialTea party outside of Allegheny County or northern Washington County, Pennsylvania
• Because accidents do happen, please do not serve beverages other than those provided to the party. If guardians or siblings are at the location and drinking other beverages, please make sure that the party guests do not have access to those drinks while they are in their dress-ups
• Your hostess--Miss Jennifer--will demonstrate good etiquette and manners, but ultimately it is the parent/guardian who is responsible for his/her child’s behavior
• If any damage to Miss Lily’s SpecialTeas property occurs due to misuse or neglect, you will be charged for the cost of any replacements
• Timely guest arrival is essential to best accommodate the group. Therefore, any tardy guest will be integrated into the current stage of the event
• Taking into consideration availability, every effort will be made to set an alternative date in a reasonable amount of time should you need to reschedule due to illness or other reasons
• Should you need to cancel for any reason, you will get a refund minus the deposit, as long as notice is given at least two weeks before the event
• As the responsible adult, you understand and agree that the liability of the Hostess of Miss Lily’s SpecialTeas for any expenses, claims, damages or lawsuits arising out of or relating to the party is limited to the total amount of the party cost
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather
